When you give order, you must supply your billing address, shipping address, contact details, and your ordered products details. When and order is given, customers can get order details in their account in www.robotiklab.co.uk and order details will be send to customers at the same time.
Purchased products from www.robotiklab.co.uk can be paid by PayPal, Credit or Debit Card and Bank Wire Transfer. Purchased products from www.robotiklab.co.uk can be paid by PayPal, Credit or Debit Card and Bank Wire Transfer.
Customers can choose type of Payment during their Online Checkout process themselves. In order to pay by credit card, you will be required to enter your credit card number with the date of expiry once you reach Checkout. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Products will be shipped from our warehouse directly to customers by UPS cargo, and when orders received are usually shipped inside of 2 business days .
In a situation of an item is out of stock, Robotiklab will inform the customer about the expected lead time. Shipment costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your all items in one order to be more efficient.
4. Warranty and Support
All products are sold by Robotiklab include a warranty against manufacturing defects for a limited period of time. When our customers buy our product and that product has a problem at the beginning, that is not working, after our customer report us, we will change that product with a new one, and shipment costs two way belongs to Robotiklab.
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and customer must send that product inside of 14 days to be changed.
Goods returned must be received in as new condition with all seals intact and the product unused.
Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product). If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete and will be returned.
During the Warranty Period, any product with a problem will be directed by our support team who will realize replacement or repair of any damaged parts or subparts of product during its warranty.
Robotiklab will contact and support our customers whenever they apply for their needs, questions or problems.
For products during the Warranty period, the customer is responsible from costs of sending the product to Robotiklab or to the Manufacturer, however Robotiklab will pay return costs after the repair.
Each product’s warranty has specific exclusions because of damage resulting from user negligence and damage resulting from operating the product in a style and in environments other than those specified in the Product’s manual and specifications.
It is important to say that Robot Kits can not be exchanged or refunded. If they are assembled in part or in entirely. But, defective components can be replaced if customer requires.
Products returned those are incomplete, damaged, opened, used or without a suitable application form will not be accepted.
5. Right to cancel order
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unles we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
